💰 Grant Breakdown

Your submission must be complete by 11:59 AM PST on February 15th, 2026 to be considered for funding. Decisions will be made by February 22nd, 2026.

The grants are divided into the following tiers:

To be considered for a grant, you must submit a budget breakdown of how the funds will be used, a detailed description of your project including timeline and how you plan to execute it, and tell us why the work deserves funding.

Grants will be awarded exclusively to projects that are newly conceived and presented for the first time at the Bombay Beach Biennale. Proposed works must not have been previously exhibited, performed, published, or realized in any form prior to their debut at the Biennale.

While we fund projects from a wide range of artists, we give priority to resident and local artists when awarding funds. We encourage you to bring your work to the Biennale regardless of whether or not you receive a grant.

✅ Notes on Selection

Live music, lectures, film, and DJ submissions are subject to a more curated selection process due to production, technical, and scheduling limitations. While we deeply value these practices, we are not able to accommodate all submissions in these categories.
